We’ll start by getting curious together about what’s been hard for you. This means gently exploring your past—where you’ve been and what’s shaped you—checking in with your present—what’s going on for you right now—and looking ahead to your future—what you’re hoping for, dreaming about, and working toward.
Next, we’ll take some time for you to reflect on what might be getting in your way, and explore how to move through those challenges. We’ll blend different tools—like making art together in session, creative art journaling you can try between sessions, and open, supportive conversations—to help you process and grow in ways that feel right for you.
Once we’ve explored and worked through the challenges, you’ll start using your new skills and creative tools to keep moving forward. Think of this as a fresh chapter—your own new beginning—where you get to step into what’s next with more clarity and confidence.
