ABOUT ME

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a registered Art Psychotherapist who specializes in supporting people through meaningful and sometimes challenging life transitions. I have extensive experience working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, family or relationship conflict, low self-esteem, work stress, imposter syndrome, the ups and downs of parenthood, and neurodivergence.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel more grounded and empowered. I use brief, solution-focused therapy to support you in setting meaningful goals and making real progress—because I don’t believe therapy should last forever. My hope is that our work together helps you build the emotional strength and confidence to move forward in your life with more clarity and ease.

I also take a humanistic and strength-based approach, meaning I see you as the expert in your life and honor your values, identity, and voice. When it feels right, I incorporate art therapy as a way to explore thoughts and feelings that may be hard to put into words.

Together, we’ll figure out what change looks like for you, and how to move through it in a way that feels true to who you are.
