Monthly Art/Eco Therapy Beach Walks in San Francisco
Rates:
Telehealth - $225. per 50 minute session
Art/Eco Therapy - $250.
Currently I am only offering sessions for Indviduals.
I am an out of network provider, which means that I do not bill insurance companies, you can check with your insurance plan to see about your out of network mental health coverage. Paying with an FSA/HSA is also an option.
I am happy to provide a receipt (called a superbill) at any time upon request which you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
how I work
My therapeutic style is empathetic, non-judgmental, and encouraging. In sessions with me you'll find I am often collaborative, warm, and directive. I use an eclectic therapy style with clients to find what works best for them on an individual level.
Some of the basic orientations I utilize are Person-Centered, Family Systems, Brief Solution Focused Therapy in addition to Expressive Arts therapy. I've worked with clients to make lasting change in person and online through Telehealth since 2014. I’ve seen first hand how finding a therapist you trust can be complicated - let’s chat and see if my approach would be a good fit for you.
